All policies apply to every student enrolled at Academic Bridge. Please read them carefully — your Student Handbook contains the full detail.
Terms & Conditions
The agreement between you and Academic Bridge covering enrolment, course duration, course changes, and general obligations for both parties.
Refund Policy
Our clear and fair policy covering course cancellations, withdrawals, visa refusals, and circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued.
Attendance Policy
Irish immigration regulations require a minimum 85% attendance rate for all non-EEA students. Attendance is monitored weekly and reported to the relevant authorities.
Academic Progression Policy
How we assess student progress — including the 6-week progress check, 12-week level test, and 25-week end-of-course examination — and the criteria for level advancement.

Key rules at a glance
85% Minimum Attendance
Required under Irish immigration law for all non-EEA students. Absences must be reported to reception in advance.
Punctuality
Classes begin promptly. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be recorded as an absence for attendance purposes.
Respectful Device Use
Phones are welcome for QR code access and the Student Portal. They must not be a distraction to other students.
Respect for All
Academic Bridge has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind.
Campus Rules
Students are expected to maintain the cleanliness and order of all campus spaces, including the student lounge and outdoor areas.
Complaints Process
Any concern should first be raised with your teacher. If unresolved, our formal complaints procedure is available to all students.
