Student Residence
Private/shared room, shared kitchen access, typically closer to the city centre, independent living with other students. Self-catering.
Hostel-Style Accommodation
Shared common areas, social atmosphere, meals may include continental breakfast depending on provider.
All bookings are for 7-night stays, any day arrival, and valid photo ID is required on arrival.

€50 applies to all accommodation booked through Academic Bridge

Some providers may require a refundable €100 cash deposit

Flight details required at least 60 days before arrival
St Patrick's period (March 10-23)
An additional €100/week surcharge applies, due to limited availability around the celebrations
Changes
Start date changes are subject to availability; accommodation already booked and used is non-refundable
Important: Academic Bridge is not responsible for accommodation changes after booking, and students are not entitled to refunds for services already used.
Getting to Your Accommodation
If you haven’t booked our airport pickup service, Dublin Airport has taxi ranks right outside the terminal, and several public bus and coach services into the city centre.

Finding Your Own Accommodation
If you’d rather arrange accommodation independently, a few trusted starting points:

For long-term rentals, budget roughly €400-€600/month for a single room in a shared apartment, and expect to sign a formal rental contract with a deposit (typically one month’s rent, refundable if no damage is caused).
