Pay Your Course Fees
Complete payment 30 days before your course starts, or 60 days before when accommodation is included.
Cash is not accepted. Please review the Refund Policy before paying.
Receive Your Letter of Acceptance
Your Letter of Acceptance confirms your programme, health insurance and fee protection, plus accommodation and airport pickup when booked.
Keep a printed copy with your travel documents for immigration purposes.
Take Your Placement Test
Before arrival, you will be assessed on all four English skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing), as well as your grammar and vocabulary.
There is no minimum English level required to enrol. We use the results of your assessment to place you in the class that best matches your level, from Beginner to Proficiency.
Prepare & Travel to Ireland
EU/EEA and visa-exempt students: travel with a valid passport or national ID and check whether immigration registration applies to your stay.
Visa-required students: apply before travelling. Review Visa & Legal Requirements.
Bring your passport (6+ months validity), Letter of Acceptance, proof of funds, health insurance and accommodation confirmation. See Living Costs & Services.
Induction Day (Welcome Week)

Register with Immigration
Non-EU/EEA students staying more than 90 days must register their immigration permission. Plan promptly after your course begins and always follow the latest ISD booking guidance.
- Registration Office: 13-14 Burgh Quay, Dublin 2
- Bring passport, enrolment letter, medical insurance and proof of funds
- Standard Stamp 2 registration fee: €300
- You will also need a PPS Number to work and a Leap Card for discounted transport
