In addition to your English classes, we offer a range of free academic support services designed to help you improve your English, prepare for assessments and examinations, and build confidence in your language skills.

Academic Tutorials
Students may request an individual tutorial with an Academic Manager to discuss:
- Academic progress
- Assessment results
- Study strategies
- Learning goals
- Progression to the next level
- Examination preparation
Tutorials are arranged by appointment and scheduled in advance.

Remedial Support
If a teacher identifies that a student would benefit from additional support, they may recommend remedial support. This may include:
- Individual academic guidance
- Extra learning materials
- Self-study recommendations
- An individual learning plan
- Referral to academic workshops
