Visa Extension Refusal
- If a refund is applicable, it must be requested online using the Refund Form.
- Refunds are processed within 4 weeks of receiving the request. In case of a visa refusal, the refund will be processed within 20 working days after notification.
- Refunds are made only by bank transfer to a bank account in the student’s name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Any bank charges or transfer fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Applications must be made in writing and include:
• A copy of the visa refusal letter from the GNIB.
• A copy of the stamped passport.
• A copy of the stamped passport.
Important: The GNIB refusal letter will be reviewed by the Academy to determine eligibility for a refund. All original documents issued by the Academy and the student’s GNIB card must be returned to administration before any refund can be processed.
Illness or Disability
If a student suffers illness or disability after enrolment confirmation, a refund may be considered.

Refusal of Entry to Ireland
Students applying from countries requiring an Irish study visa must pay tuition fees through the Academy’s approved partners, Flywire or TransferMate.
Contact your consultant before paying to confirm the process.
Applications must be made in writing and include:
• A copy of the visa refusal letter from the Embassy/Consulate.
• A copy of the passport.
Important: Funds are held securely and released only once the visa is approved. If refused, the amount is refunded to the student’s original payment account, less a non-refundable €600 administration fee (see Terms and Conditions).
