    At Academic Bridge English School, we are committed to handling complaints fairly, promptly, and confidentially. If you have a concern regarding your course, teachers, accommodation, facilities, or any of our services, please complete this form. You will receive an acknowledgement within 2 working days. Urgent welfare-related complaints will be addressed on the same or next working day. If your complaint is sensitive and you prefer additional privacy, you may contact the appropriate representative directly by email: Academic Issues (teachers, classes, exams) – Director of Studies Accommodation, Facilities, Enrolment, Activities, Administration – Operations Manager Welfare or Wellbeing, or if you are unsure who to contact – Student Support Officer You may also speak to any member of our staff, who will be happy to assist you.
